"SHOW A" DRESS REHEARSAL
Sunday, June 2nd at L. Douglas Wilder Performing Arts Center
ALL 3 to 5 and 4 to 5 year old classes in SHOW A will arrive at 10:30 am for dress rehearsal.
These dancers will do a run through from 11:00 - Noon. Parents will drop their dancer off backstage to their designated "stage mom" who will be with them at rehearsal and on show day. After dropping your child off please proceed to the auditorium where you can watch the rehearsal and then when announced you can pick your dancer up where you dropped them off and they will be finished for the day.
ALL OTHER NON - COMPANY DANCERS in SHOW A will arrive at 11:30 am for dress rehearsal.
Please head to your designated dressing room area and get ready to run the show. This dress rehearsal of Show A will probably run until about 3:30/4:00 pm, so please pack enough water and healthy snacks/lunch that is not messy and won't get all over faces and costumes. No Cheetos, cheese puffs, or other sticky foods and WATER ONLY. Parents for these classes do not need to stay as it is a long time frame, but please leave a contact number with the stage mom so she can check in and let you know when rehearsal is looking like it will be finished. At dress rehearsal ONLY as soon as your dancer finishes rehearsing their last dance they are allowed to be picked up from their stage mom and signed out. If your child only has 1 or 2 dances it is possible, they will finish much earlier that 4pm, so please ask a teacher or staff member to help you figure that out closer to rehearsal day. It will all depend on where their dances fall in the show lineup.
